Refill Guarantee
In case of a drop in your order, dropped followers/likes/views/subscribers/members can be recovered free by using the refill button or manual support — but only when it is mentioned that the service has a guarantee.
Refill works according to the start and end count. Initial count of order + ordered quantity = end count. If your end count is reached, the refill is considered completed.
Refill Failures in Updates
- We provide a refill and warranty on certain services. Occasionally, social media updates or algorithm changes may prevent us from fulfilling refills.
- In such cases, we partially cancel affected orders and issue refunds.
- The refund amount is based on the price of the ordered service that could not be completed.
- Refunds are credited to the user’s Nilidon account balance. Bank transfers are not available due to the nature of these services.
Reasons for Refill Rejection
- No guarantee after you change your username. Free refill is guaranteed until you place another order on the same profile.
- Refill available only up to 100% of ordered quantity. (Example: if you order 1000, total refill will be 1000.)
- We don't take guarantee of your old drops. Always order on a fresh link.
- Lifetime guaranteed services also cover fresh links only.
- If your current followers/likes/views/subscribers/members are less than the start count of your order, no refill will be given.
- Old drops can be seen clearly if your current count goes below the start count of your order.
Refund Policy
- No refund will be provided if you enter a wrong link or if the account is private. Make sure your account is public before placing the order.
- Refunds are only processed for uncompleted order. Once your order is marked as completed, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
- If you enter completely invalid links (like random numbers), we may refund your money at our discretion — but it’s not guaranteed. Always double-check your link before placing an order.
